L C Hill and Son Funeral Directors was established in 1952 by Leonard Charles Hill in Mere outside Warminster, Wiltshire.
The team at our Mere funeral home will provide advice at every stage of the funeral planning process, and will arrange an individual and unique funeral to help you celebrate the life of your loved one.
Here at L C Hill & Son we also offer an affordable prepaid funeral plan, Choice, so that you can arrange and pay for a funeral in advance. This will protect your family from rising costs and remove uncertainty about your wishes.

Caroline joined L C Hill and Son Funeral Directors in 2019 as Funeral Arranger/Administrator, having previously worked as a Deputy Manager in a Care Home.
Caroline says “After losing my husband and brother and going through the whole grieving process, I know how it feels. I want to help people in their time of need and make things a little easier for the loved ones left behind.”
Her greatest achievement is bringing up her her three daughters on her own and giving them the best life and experiences.
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys DIY, walking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family and pets.
